Customer data from integrations: when you connect Jobber or other third-party tools, we access estimates, quotes, clients, jobs, and related data needed to send follow-ups on your behalf.

Communications data: the content of follow-up messages we send for you, delivery receipts, opens, clicks, and replies.

Usage data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken inside the Service. We use cookies and similar technologies for session management and analytics.

Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To send automated SMS and email follow-ups on your behalf.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
